The Brief

Apex (Vestrel Group) sought the expertise of an integrated marketing and events agency to manage the concept, design, and production of their conference exhibitions. As leaders in the energy industry supply chain, maintaining an impactful presence at industry events is critical to their business success.

Outcome

Firecracker successfully designed and delivered two exhibition stands for Apex at Windaba and Africa Energy Indaba. By understanding the unique requirements of exhibition booth design and production, Firecracker ensured a successful activation for Apex at these key industry events.

What the client had to say:

We’ve had the pleasure of working with Firecracker Events and Marketing on two separate occasions for exhibitions, with the first being quite a last minute request. Their team were excellent and managed to put together a very professional looking package at reasonable rates and in record time. Throughout the process, on both occasions, the Firecracker team were very helpful not only in sourcing and setting up the exhibition materials, but also from a creative input perspective. Highly recommended!

Overview

Leading offshore training specialists, SAFER Training based in the UK and their partners in Africa, Offshore Africa Training Centre (SA) and True Blue (Nigeria) required a marketing partner to grow their social media presence and digital campaigns to generate leads for their offshore training courses.

Objective

Increase and build key stakeholder audiences in Southern Africa. Position SAFER Training and their African partners as the ‘go-to’ resource for all offshore training requirements. Deliver quality leads for conversion.

Results

Firecracker delivered a number of digital campaigns for SAFER, including thought leadership content and customer engagement. Since running their social platforms we have doubled their LinkedIn followers (organically) and seen fantastic engagement levels.

What the client had to say:

“Firecracker is FANTASTIC and has worked with SAFER Training and our Partners OATC for the past 10 months. Everything from their initial engagement to regular updates and visualising our ideas into a performing marketing / social media strategy has been simple and customer focused. Their work and their strategy are also very different from others and the best part is that I could completely trust their team to always represent our company and look after our brand in the best possible way. I would highly recommend Firecracker and will definitely continue using their services for our marketing and social media platforms and future events going forward.”
